Programs provided for members and attendees are as follows:

- There are three adult Sunday School classes, College Class, Senior High Class, Juniors, Primaries, Beginners and Nursery.
- There are three ladies originations and one mens group within the church: Circle No. 1 consists of our senior adult ladies which meet on the first Mondays of every month; Circle No. 2 is made up of ladies of middle age who meet on the second Mondays of each month; and the Quaker Young Women consists of young women and girls of all ages who meet on the third Monday of each month.
- The Deep Creek Quaker Men’s group consists of men of all ages. The men meet once a quarter for breakfast, fellowship and business.
- Musical Groups include the Adult Choir, Inner Light Choir, Children's Choir, Adult Bell Choir and Children's Bell Choir. Other groups include Two Roses, the Steelmans, the Deep Creek Trio, The Trio and the Deep creek Quartet.
- Ongoing outreach at Deep Creek Friends includes the North Carolina Friends Disaster Relief Work, Yadkin Christian Ministries workers and food collections, Mexico Friends Mission and Mowa-Choctaw Mission in Alabama, support for missionaries around the globe.
- Our pastor, Lee Lane, is a "people" person interested in and caring for the members and attendees of the Meeting and delivering Bible based sermons. He is especially attentive to the sick, elderly, bereaved and those in the hospital. He also works for the good of the community.
